Larry Yean

Larry Yean currently serves as Operations Lead for Carrier HVAC in Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei, focusing on optimizing regional operations and supply chain management. Prior to this role, Larry held various senior manager positions at Johnson Controls–Hitachi Air Conditioning, overseeing commercial operations, sales operations, and global integrated supply chain management across Southeast Asia. Larry's extensive experience at Johnson Controls prior to its merger includes commercial development, business analysis, and learning and development in the automotive sector. Earlier career highlights include roles at Fuji Xerox Singapore in customer excellence, at Singapore Human Resources Institute leading corporate learning and consultancy, and a foundational experience in customer service with Singapore Airlines. Larry holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree from The University of Western Australia in Information Resources Management and Finance, respectively, along with a Diploma of Education in Accounting from Singapore Polytechnic.
