Laurent Constans is a seasoned professional in operations management, specializing in production, maintenance, and lean manufacturing. With experience overseeing industrial teams of up to 250 people, Laurent has successfully led transformations across multiple sectors, including automotive and HVAC. Currently serving as the Director of Production and Maintenance at Carrier HVAC, Laurent manages operations aimed at increasing production capacity and improving workplace satisfaction. Previously, Laurent held key managerial roles at companies such as METALTEMPLE, JTEKT European Operations, and GGB Bearing Technology, where significant productivity and efficiency improvements were achieved. Laurent holds an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz.
