Mark Mancini currently serves as the Director of North America Transformation & Business Process at Carrier HVAC, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Mark held the role of Director of Global Business Transformation PMO at Carrier, leading program and project management for business transformation initiatives from December 2020 to February 2024. Mark's career at Pratt & Whitney spanned from 1996 to 2017, during which various leadership roles were undertaken in forecasting, customer accounts, strategy, business development, and materials management. Mark holds a Master of Science from Central Connecticut State University, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut, and an MBA from the University of Hartford.
