Munwoo L. currently serves as the Chief Design Officer at Carrier HVAC, leading group design center operations and developing next-generation design and product strategies since January 2021. Prior to this role, Munwoo worked as Principal Industrial Designer at Winia Electronics, focusing on brand strategy, product development across various markets, and air conditioning commercialization from September 2015 to January 2021. Munwoo's career includes experience as an Industrial Design Expert at MIDEA Group, where strategic planning and design identity improvements were key responsibilities, and as Director of Product Design at LG Electronics, overseeing product design for a wide range of appliances. Munwoo also has a strong academic background, having served as an adjunct professor at Hansung University and Myoungji University while holding a PhD in Industrial and Product Design from Konkuk University.
