Nicholas Able

Nicholas Able, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in system engineering and product management. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer in System Engineering at Carrier HVAC since June 2025, Nicholas previously held multiple leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand from March 2005 to April 2025, including Lead Systems Engineer and Systems Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes a position as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from August 2003 to March 2005. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Heat Transfer from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
