Robert Cain

Robert Cain currently serves as the Director of Distribution at Harrington Process Solutions since March 2025, while also holding the position of Senior Manager of Logistics and Warehouse Operations at Carrier HVAC since February 2021. At Carrier HVAC, responsibilities include overseeing financial and operational performance across company-operated and 3PL-operated distribution centers in North America and leading initiatives in continuous improvement, automation, and site transformation. Prior experience includes roles at The Children's Place, where oversight of global supply chain operations for North American 3PL partners was performed, and logistics management positions at Banjo Liquid Handling Products, Network Global Logistics, Waste Management, and GENCO, focusing on operations management and customer service.
