Ron Kielkowski

Ron Kielkowski is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software and systems engineering, particularly in IoT and connected embedded software products. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Home Energy Management Systems at Carrier HVAC since October 2020, Ron has previously held senior roles at Allegion US, where leadership encompassed cross-discipline engineering and innovation initiatives for commercial electronic locks. With a background that includes managing electronics teams at Ingersoll Rand and leading RCG Research, Inc. as President, Ron has demonstrated proficiency in driving business growth and product development across various sectors. Ron's early career featured significant contributions as Chief Technology Officer at Zuriel Software and as an Integrated Circuit Designer at Delco Electronics, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
