Sherry Zhou

Sherry Zhou is a seasoned professional currently serving as the General Manager at Tonghui-Carrier Plant under Carrier Corporation. With over 15 years of progressive management experience in the manufacturing sector, Sherry has successfully overseen operations at multiple plants and has a strong background in project management, plant setup, and continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma. Previously, Sherry held management roles at Tyco Electronics, Kongsberg Automotive, and Alstom Transport, where responsibilities included P&L oversight, operational excellence, and strategic development. Sherry earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Chemistry from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
