Thomas Heim

Thomas Heim currently serves as the President of Residential and Light Commercial HVAC EMEA at Carrier HVAC since January 2024. Simultaneously, Thomas holds the position of CEO at Viessmann Climate Solutions SE, having also been the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. Since November 2018, Thomas has been a member of the Executive Council of the European Heating Industry (EHI) and previously served as a Board Member for the Bundesverband der Deutschen Heizungsindustrie until May 2022. Prior to these roles, Thomas held various leadership positions at Robert Bosch, Gunnebo, and nexMart, contributing significant expertise in sales, marketing, and distribution. Thomas holds a Diplom Kaufmann degree from the University of Bayreuth, specializing in marketing, finance, and banking.
