Tim Schnell has over 30 years of work experience in engineering roles. Tim started their career at Chevrolet Tonawanda Forge in 1980 as a Manufacturing Engineer and worked there until 1993. In 1993, they joined Carrier Corporation as a Sr. Staff Engineer and later became a Principal Engineer in 1998. Tim worked at Carrier Corporation for a significant period of time. In 2001, they moved to McQuay International as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer and worked there until 2007.
