Wesley Harris

Wesley Harris, MBA has held various finance and management roles in multiple companies throughout their career. Wesley most recently served as the CFO of Carrier Midea North America / Ductless and VRF HVAC BU, as well as the Associate Director of Finance at Carrier HVAC. Prior to that, they worked as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Mueller Water Products and as the Finance Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. Wesley also gained experience as a Factory Analyst in FP&A at Carrier Transicold Truck Trailer Refrigeration and as a Sr. Internal Controls Specialist at UTC Power. Earlier in their career, Wesley worked as an Internal Auditor and a Financial Leadership Program Associate at UTC.

Wesley Harris, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Georgia, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to their MBA, Wesley completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University between 2001 and 2004. Wesley also possesses an Associates degree in Accounting from Manchester Community College, where they studied from 1994 to 2001. Wesley's education journey began in 1992 at Virginia State University, where they pursued Political Science for a year.
