We are building SPARK (Spodumene Processing & Advanced Recovery Kernel) to anchor Nigeria into the global renewable energy and electrification supply chain.

As AI, digitization, data centers, and electrified transport accelerate worldwide, demand for critical energy materials especially lithium is expanding faster than traditional supply pipelines. SPARK is designed to address this gap at the foundation level: renewable energy materials.

SPARK is a pilot-first, modular spodumene processing platform focused on validating metallurgy, producing export-grade lithium concentrate, and scaling efficiently. By de-risking processing early, we aim to create a reliable upstream feedstock pipeline that can flow into downstream renewable energy technologies including battery materials and energy storage systems.

Our approach emphasizes:

Early metallurgical validation and capital efficiency

Scalable processing infrastructure

Responsible resource development aligned with global energy transition goals

SPARK is not an endpoint. It is a kernel. A foundation for future downstream integration as Africa positions itself within the renewable energy, storage, and electrification economy.

We are building this with a long-term view and invite visionary builders, technical partners, and aligned capital who want to participate in shaping the materials backbone of the next energy era.
