Carroll Engineering, Inc. offers surveying and civil engineering services.  We provide boundary, topographic, ALTA, and underground utility locating surveys; public and private site civil engineering design and studies. Additionally, we provide Public Works improvement engineering and construction support.  For over 25 years we have been involved with over 600 elementary, middle and high school or college projects in the Greater Bay Area, as well as the Santa Cruz and Monterey counties.  The projects range from large campuses of 50 acres to the relocation of single portables on one site.  We have also designed multi-family high-rise residential sites, single family custom home projects, and worked with many architectural firms, as well as developers and builders on short and long-term projects completing shopping center expansions, medical/health care facilities, industrial/warehouse projects, multi-family and single-family home projects, theme park and recreation projects.  We have also performed additional work for local agencies providing surveying and engineering for street improvements and storm drain improvements. As a small firm, we provide the responsive personal service that our clients throughout the Greater Bay Area require.
