Nick Rasch

Nick Rasch is an experienced professional with a strong background in founding and leading startups, particularly in the fintech and video software sectors. As Co-Founder of Carry since August 2022, Nick Rasch focuses on tax strategies and implementation for business owners. Prior to this role, Nick Rasch co-founded Cquence, a venture-backed video software startup, and served as Head of People at Teachable, overseeing growth and acquisitions during a pivotal time for the company. Earlier experience includes a role in People Operations at Docurated, where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of People Operations for an enterprise SaaS startup. Nick Rasch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, earned in 2015.
