Carson Ashby is an event studio designing and producing thoughtful, high-impact experiences for brands, organizations, and select private clients.

Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, design, and execution. Every decision is intentional. Not just how something looks, but how it functions, how it flows, and how it drives engagement.

We partner with internal marketing teams and agencies as an extension of their team, leading the event component of broader campaigns from concept through execution.
We are often brought in when the event is a key part of a larger campaign and needs to be executed at a high level.

We are often involved at the earliest stages of a campaign, helping define how it should come to life in a physical environment. This can include concept development, site selection, experience design, and identifying opportunities for interaction, content capture, and brand amplification.

This includes:
• Experiential marketing activations
• Brand launches and pop-ups
• Influencer and client experiences
• Corporate and internal culture events

We bring structure and clarity to a process that is often fragmented. From vendor sourcing and production management to spatial design, guest flow, and on-site execution, we ensure that every element works together as a cohesive experience.

Our approach is rooted in audience, environment, and outcome.

We think about:
• how people move through a space
• where attention is directed
• how long they stay and what they do
• what they take with them after it’s over

Because a successful event is not just well-attended.
It is experienced, shared, and remembered.

For brands, that translates to:
• stronger engagement and time on site
• natural content creation and social amplification
• clearer brand expression in a physical environment
• a seamless execution that reflects well on the team behind it

Based in Richmond, Virginia. Working nationally.
