Dan Tobin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and operations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer at Carson Group since August 2020, Dan previously held positions at Carson Partners as Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of Risk Management from October 2014 to August 2020. Prior experience includes roles in operations at IFP from February 2011 to October 2014, and various compliance and operations positions at QA3 Financial Corp from February 2004 to January 2011. Dan Tobin holds a degree from Augustana University (SD), obtained between 1994 and 1998, after completing education at Creighton Preparatory School from 1990 to 1994.
