Kate Trapp

Kate Trapp, MIOP, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HRIS Manager at Carson Group, where responsibilities include Human Resource Mergers and Acquisitions due diligence. Prior to this role, Kate held various positions at Oatey Company as a Senior Generalist and Human Resources Generalist, and at Gallup as a Recruiting Specialist. Experience also includes a tenure at Bergstrom Automotive as a Human Resources Generalist and Talent Acquisition specialist, and earlier roles at Quad/Graphics and the University of South Dakota Foundation, where Kate was the Assistant Director of Development for the Coyote Commitment Scholarship Program. Kate Trapp holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of South Dakota.
