Matt Whipkey

Matt Whipkey began their work experience as an Owner and professional touring singer-songwriter in 2000, independently releasing multiple albums, EPs, and singles. Matt established himself as a distinguished songwriter and performer, supporting music legend Dwight Yoakam on tour. In 2010, Whipkey worked as a Composer for United Way of the Midlands, creating an original song for their annual fundraising campaign. Matt also composed music for Complete Nutrition's weight loss supplement advertisement in 2012 and for Ameritas in 2014. In 2020, Whipkey joined TD Ameritrade where they worked as a Financial Services Professional and New Client Development Specialist. Currently, they hold the role of Lead Generation Specialist at Carson Group since 2022.

Matt Whipkey obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications including Series 66, Series 63, and Series 7 from FINRA and NASSA.
