Mika Keller

Mika Keller is the VP of Tax at Carson Group, where they currently lead tax strategies and operations. Prior to this role, Mika served as a Senior Tax Manager and Tax Director at Creative Planning Business Services from 2024 to 2025, and they held various positions at Deloitte from 2014 to 2018, including Tax Senior and Tax Manager. Mika began their career as an Interviewing Assistant and Receptionist at Professional Research Consultants, Inc. from 2006 to 2014, and they also completed an Accounting Internship. They earned a Master’s Degree in Accountancy from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where they also received their Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
