Luke McKenna

Support Analyst

Luke McKenna has accumulated extensive experience in technical support roles, beginning as an Event Staff member at Mount Charles from August 2016 to January 2022. Following this, Luke transitioned to Fujitsu UK as a Technical Support Analyst from September 2019 to April 2021, and then served at IQ-EQ as both a Technical Support Engineer and L1 Service Desk Support Engineer from February 2022 to April 2023. Currently, Luke is employed at Carson McDowell as a Support Analyst since April 2025, after a position as a System Administrator at Abacus Group from April 2023 to October 2024. Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Newcastle University, which was completed from 2013 to 2016.
