Jarrett Guma has accumulated a diverse range of work experience in engineering roles over the years. Jarrett began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Peck & Hale, L.L.C. in 2009, where they worked until 2014. After that, they joined ASSA ABLOY in US as a Product Development Engineer from 2014 to 2016. Following their time there, they worked as a Product Engineer at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, Jarrett took on the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Accu-Time Systems before transitioning to their current role as the Director of Engineering at Carson Optical, Inc. in 2020.
Jarrett Guma holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they obtained from Stony Brook University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Delaware between 2005 and 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jarrett has also earned certifications, including the Creo Parametric Fundamentals Certification in 2021 from PTC University and the Fundamentals of Engineering Examination in April 2009.
