Joseph Vitelli

Joseph Vitelli is an accomplished legal and contract management professional with extensive experience in government contracting, compliance, and corporate governance. Holding a Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Trade from Clemson University, Joseph has held key positions at various organizations, including CVS Health, Raytheon, Insitu Inc, and Fidelity Investments. Notably, in the role of Contracting Officer for the United States Department of Defense, Joseph led negotiations on multimillion-dollar contracts, significantly saving taxpayer funds. Most recently, Joseph serves as Government and Privacy Counsel at Cart.com and has held the position of Director of Compliance & Inbound Licensing Counsel at 8x8.
