Randi King

Randi King is a seasoned professional in eCommerce operations and customer engagement, currently serving as a Senior ECommerce Operations Manager at Cart.com since April 2022, after previously holding the role of Customer Engagement Manager. Randi has a strong background in customer service and operations management, having worked as a Customer Service Department Manager and Operations Manager at AutoAnything from March 2020 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a Litigation Paralegal at Butler Law from September 2015 to October 2019, and as a Family Law Paralegal at Kinnaird Cloyes Kinnaird and Willcox McFayden Fields and Sutherland, along with a role as Sales and Marketing Manager at Budget Rent A Car. Randi holds a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
