Brian Allen is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in accounting and finance operations. Currently serving as SVP of Accounting & Finance Operations at Carta since April 2018, Brian Allen plays a vital role in shaping equity management and private market liquidity. Prior to Carta, Brian Allen held various leadership positions at Workfront, including Vice President and Corporate Controller, and served as an Audit Assurance Manager at Ernst & Young, focusing on the technology sector as well as industries such as manufacturing and biotechnology. Early career roles include Accounting Manager at JB Sales and a warehouse position at Macey's Food Stores. Brian Allen holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Utah State University and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Brigham Young University.
