Carmen S.

Carmen S. currently serves as an Associate Fund Controller at Carta, a position held since January 2022, and previously held the role of Senior Fund Accountant. Prior experience includes working at Deloitte as a Senior Tax Consultant and Tax Consultant from January 2020 to January 2022. Carmen also worked as an Economic Learning Center Peer Advisor at UC Irvine School of Social Sciences and held various positions at the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, including Student Assistant and Undergraduate Course Reader. Earlier in 2018, Carmen completed a Business Tax Services Internship at Deloitte and worked as a Student Assistant at UC Irvine. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Quantitative Economics and Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from UC Irvine, where studies were completed from 2015 to 2019. Carmen is a graduate of Lowell High School, from 2011 to 2015.
