Chris Wheeler

Chris Wheeler currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Carta, having progressed through roles as Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel since December 2019. Prior experience includes positions as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from January 2016 to November 2019 and at Cooley LLP from November 2013 to December 2015, where Chris also worked as a Summer Associate in 2012. Additionally, experience as a Legal Intern in Consumer Law was gained at The Legal Aid Society, and as an Intellectual Property Assistant Clerk at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP. Chris obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law in 2013 and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Davis in 2008.
