Crystal Lee, CPA, MPAcc, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in operations and auditing. Currently serving as the Operations & Finance Chair for the Board of Directors at All Seasons Counseling since December 2022, Crystal has held various roles at Carta since September 2020, including Operations Project Manager and Valuation Analyst, where responsibilities involved executing IRC 409A valuations and enhancing customer support resources. Prior experience includes a Public Auditor Associate position at Clark Nuber PS, focusing on financial analysis and risk identification for non-profit and private entities. Early career roles span from audit and tax internships to administrative positions, emphasizing a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and customer engagement. Crystal holds a Master's degree in Public Accounting and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Accounting from the UW Foster School of Business.
