Edwin Chan, ACA, brings extensive experience in fund accounting and business development across various financial sectors. Starting as a Senior Associate at PwC, Edwin progressed to notable roles such as Director & Head of Accounting at Black River Asset Management and Senior Vice President at HSBC. At Wells Fargo, Edwin served as Global Head of Fund Accounting Process and later as Vice President, focusing on complex fund structures in Europe. Subsequent positions included Senior Director at SS&C GlobeOp and Senior Vice President at Northern Trust Corporation, driving business development in EMEA. Currently, as Regional Head for Europe & UK at Carta, Edwin leads a diverse team, furthering strategic growth initiatives.
