Heidi Olsen

Heidi Olsen is a skilled Sales Operations Associate and Analyst at Carta since September 2021, where multiple projects have been led to optimize routing solutions for various organizational changes and tool implementations utilizing LeanData, Chili Piper, Lane Four, and Qualified. Heidi has also built reports and dashboards in Salesforce to enhance data hygiene and assist in strategic sales decision-making. Currently, Heidi serves as a member of RevOps Co-op and previously held positions at the University of Washington Foster School of Business Executive Education as an Assistant, at Fast Signs as a Visual Communication Specialist, and at the City of Mountlake Terrace as a Community Outreach Intern. Heidi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the UW Foster School of Business between 2017 and 2021 and graduated from Inglemoor High School in 2017.
