Jack Hands

Jack Hands is an experienced professional in sales and management, currently working at Carta since April 2024, where responsibilities include supporting venture capitalists and start-ups in the UK and EU Private Markets from pre-seed to IPO, while developing strategic partnerships to foster growth. Prior to Carta, Jack served as a Management Graduate at EQUANS, optimizing client portfolios through strategic partnerships and investment consultations. Earlier experiences include a Strategic GTM Business Internship at Italian Aroma Coffee, where strategies to enhance consumer perception were implemented, and a Portfolio Development Analyst role at Sons of Amazon, coordinating product development. Jack's career commenced with an internship as an Alternative Investments Analyst at Smartledger ltd. Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business, Finance & Management from Strathclyde Business School and completed A-levels at The King’s School, Worcester.
