Jonathan Grupp

Jonathan Grupp, CFA, ASA, currently serves as a Senior Technical Valuation Manager at Carta since March 2022. Prior to this role, Jonathan held positions as a Senior Manager at Plante Moran from February 2009 to March 2022 and as a Transaction Services Senior Manager at EKS&H, a notable professional services firm, also from February 2009 to February 2022. Earlier in his career, Jonathan was a Senior Financial Analyst at Quist Valuation, where over 130 valuations of closely held entities were performed for various financial purposes, and served as a Regional Credit Analyst and Officer at Bank of Colorado from March 2004 to March 2006. Jonathan completed a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Economics at Colorado State University and holds the designations of Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation and CFA Charterholder.
