Licia Li

Licia Li is a Senior Product Designer at Carta since May 2022, focusing on helping private companies manage their valuations. Previously, Licia served as the Senior Product Designer at Rightway from October 2020 to March 2022, leading the design of customer-facing mobile and web healthcare applications and enhancing app navigation and chat experiences. At Fohlio, Inc., from September 2019 to July 2020, Licia led the design of Enterprise and Collaboration features, significantly increasing revenue by implementing high-impact initiatives for enterprise users. Licia's earlier experience includes design roles at Perkins Eastman and Supermass Studio. Licia holds a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.
