Michael Hays

Michael Hays is currently a Staff Engineer at Carta Loan Operations and previously co-founded Sirvatus, which was acquired by Carta. They served as an independent contractor at Udacity, performing code reviews focused on web development and self-driving cars from 2015 to 2017. Prior to their role at Carta, they were the President of Awesome Power Inc. and worked as a freelance software developer at Toptal. Michael possesses a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 2011 to 2016.
