Stephen Prihoda

Stephen Prihoda is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fund administration. Currently serving as Managing Director at Carta since March 2018, Stephen has held multiple roles within the organization, including Director, Senior Manager, Manager, and Associate, contributing to the Fund Administration Team. Prior to this, Stephen worked at BlackRock from June 2016 to March 2018 as an Associate on the Private Equity Partners' NAV Oversight team, overseeing the work of external fund administrators. Stephen also gained valuable experience as a Senior Accountant at VMS Fund Administration, where involvement in the Private Equity Fund-of-Funds Team took place from July 2014 to June 2016. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University, having attended The Lawrenceville School previously.
