Zach Walker

Zach Walker, CISSP, currently serves as the Director of Information Security at Carta since October 2025. Prior to this role, Zach held the position of Director of Security Operations at Legato Security from February 2023 to October 2025, and worked as a Principal Cyber Security Consultant at Google and Mandiant between November 2022 and November 2022. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Arctic Wolf Networks as Director of Security Services and at SecurityMetrics as Director of Technical Support. Earlier career positions include Technical Support Engineer at Venafi, Security Support Manager at SecurityMetrics, Service Manager at Nuvont Communications, and Install Technician at Atlas Marketing Group. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a focus on Security from Western Governors University.
