Abdul Basharat is a seasoned entrepreneur and product management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Cartage since January 2024, Abdul brings a wealth of knowledge from previous positions including Product Manager at Pathstream and Rose Rocket. Prior to that, significant contributions were made as Co-Founder of SpeedUpEducation and in corporate strategy at E.ON. Abdul's early career includes an analyst position at McKinsey & Company and product lead at CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education. Military service includes the role of Pilot and Second Lieutenant in the Canadian Armed Forces. Abdul holds multiple degrees, including a Master in Management from HEC Paris and Ivey Business School, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada. Recent educational pursuits include participation in the Y Combinator program in 2024.
