John Cheevers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement, organizational excellence, and human resources management. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager and Senior Organisational Excellence Manager at Carten Controls Ltd., John leads initiatives in quality and training processes. Previous roles include a Senior People Leader at Boston Scientific, where John excelled in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and diversity management. Additionally, John has held positions as a Continuous Improvement Coach and Operations Manager at Integer Holdings Corporation, as well as Production Supervisor at Lake Region Medical.
