Carter Lee was set up in 2015 by experienced Mortgage & Protection advisor, Lee Saunders. Lee has worked in the industry for nearly 15 years across a variety of organisations and in different roles.
He achieved his Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) in 2007 and has subsequently supported and guidance hundreds of individuals and businesses in securing the right mortgage, protection or commercial finance deals available in the UK. Lee is passionate about finance and helping people make the most out of their money.

Lee and the Carter Lee team of consultants offer a round-the-clock service to all clients and can accommodate initial meetings and reviews at the location most convenient to the individual or business owner.

Carter Lee’s fee structure is highly competitive and for some, specific financial products fees are not applicable.

Having worked principally in the local market, Lee has built exceptional relationship with local businesses including banks, building societies and estate agencies.

The range of services include specialist advice on all types of mortgages and protection/insurance through to commercial finance options.

Carter Lee undertakes mortgage and finance broking and is not a lender.
