Carter & Spencer began its operations in 1936 as a wholesaler of fruit and vegetables and today the group is run by the founder’s grandson Craig Spencer. Craig has expanded and diversified the business to grow, market and supply fresh fruit and vegetables to supermarkets across Australia and throughout the world.
