Jill Pierce founded CarterPierce in 2005. Prior to founding CarterPierce, Jill was a Recruiter for Spencer Stuart where she was responsible for placing senior executives into top caliber firms in the Media and Entertainment Group. Jill started her recruiting career at SG Partners, staffing pre-MBA candidates into private equity fund and hedge fund positions. Jill graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
