Simon Millward

Simon Millward is an experienced senior leader passionate about making a difference for staff, businesses, and customers. They served as Head of Group Insurance at Fidelity Life Assurance Company Limited from 2018 to 2022, focusing on enabling New Zealand businesses to succeed. At BNZ from 2014 to 2022, Simon held several prominent roles, including National Manager of Small Business, where they led a team awarded Canstar's Best Small Business Bank for three consecutive years. Currently, Simon works as an Area Sales Manager at CARTERS, with a notable background in business development and strategy across various sectors. They hold a BSocSci with Honours in Human Resources from The University of Waikato.
