Prior to this, they worked at ClayStack as an Executive Assistant, supporting a decentralized cross-chain liquid staking protocol. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Head of Operations (Real Estate) at ALLSTATE COMSERVE PRIVATE LIMITED, Project Manager at Max Healthcare, and Business Development Manager at Roofpik. Additionally, Payal has experience in healthcare regulation and management, having worked as a Regional Inspection Manager at Care Quality Commission and Regional Manager at NHS Gloucestershire. Payal also has experience in auditing and training in the mental health field during their tenure at the NHS.
