Kathi Robards

Kathi Robards is an experienced professional with over 15 years in contract administration, compliance, and governmental operations. Currently serving as the Director of Contracts Administration and Compliance at Cartesian since February 2008, Kathi's expertise includes contract negotiation, corporate governance, governmental compliance (both international and domestic), and management of trademarks and patents. Prior to this role, Kathi held various positions at the City of Fairway, Kansas, from 1995 to 2008, including City Administrator, City Clerk, Chief Financial Officer, Human Resource Director, and Planning and Zoning Administrator. Kathi Robards holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Emporia State University and an Associate of Arts degree from Johnson County Community College.
