Louise Lyons holds extensive experience in ecommerce and digital strategy, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Deputy Chief Commercial Officer at Cartier since November 2017, and previously as International Head of Online Retail Partnerships and Ecommerce Manager. Prior to Cartier, Louise was Head of Ecommerce at Annoushka, where significant improvements in online conversion and revenue were achieved, along with successful replatforming onto Magento. Louise also served as Head of Digital & CRM at Theo Fennell, leading a digital marketing strategy that resulted in 175% year-over-year sales growth. Additional roles include Project Manager at The Goldsmiths Company and Programme Manager at Foxtons, where project management and team leadership were key responsibilities. Louise holds a BSc (Hons) in Genetics from the University of Nottingham and a Foundation degree in Gemmology.
