Roy Han is a senior product design lead currently managing experience design at Cartier, where they focus on improving client and staff experiences through innovative design thinking. Previously, Roy held roles at Starbucks as a Design Manager, leading innovative experience design for retail spaces across APAC and Greater China, and contributed to various successful projects and product innovations. They also worked as a Designer-CMF at Alcatel mobile and as an Industrial Designer at Studio Qiao, honing their skills in concept design and product development. Roy is currently pursuing further education at HKUST Business School.
