Carton & Co are specialist independent business advisors helping law firms modernise and grow their practice, strengthening client relationships and getting real value from smarter technology and AI.

We work with managing partners and senior leaders at firms of 20 to 450 people (from boutiques to mid-tier practices) who want practical, commercially focused advice rather than theory.

WHAT WE DO

Legal Technology & AI Adoption: Selecting, implementing and getting value from practice management, CRM, document management and AI-enabled tools. Our Smarter Technology and AI Adoption Roadmap gives firms a structured path from current capabilities to confident, firm-wide deployment, covering data foundations, tool classification, governance, training and the evolving role of AI agents in legal workflows.

Client Listening & Relationships: Systematic programmes to capture client feedback, benchmark against the market and turn insights into business development opportunities. From structured interviews to always-on feedback, we help firms understand what clients actually think and act on it.

Practice Growth & Business Development: Strategies that connect technology, client insight and business planning to drive profitable growth. Including conveyancing business development through client-for-life strategies and operational excellence.

OUR TEAM
