Jon Dick

Jon Dick is an experienced professional currently serving as the North American Head of Relationships at CarTrawler since April 2012, overseeing the company's network of car rental suppliers and B2B partnerships in North America. Previous roles at CarTrawler include North America Senior Supply Manager, Corporate Account Manager, Market Manager for the UK, Ireland & the Nordics, Revenue Analyst, and Quality Assurance Executive, all of which have contributed to Jon's expertise in strategic planning, supplier management, revenue maximization, and customer experience. Prior to joining CarTrawler, Jon held various positions at Origin Energy, including Customer Administration Manager, Senior Customer Care Coordinator, Business Acquisition Marketing Coordinator, and Solar Customer Care Coordinator, where key responsibilities involved team leadership, regulatory compliance, customer advocacy, and campaign management. Jon holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Otago, as well as a degree from the UMN Carlson School of Management.
