Eric Anderson

Eric Anderson is a passionate brewing leader serving as the Chief Brewing Officer and co-founder of Saucy Brew Works since 2016. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Allegheny College and brewing certifications from the Siebel Institute and World Brewing Academy, Eric previously contributed to the opening of Butcher & the Brewer as Brewmaster, where notable achievements included designing a famous White Stout. At Saucy Brew Works, Eric oversees brewing operations and creative direction while fostering a culture of safety and innovation, leading the company to multiple recognitions and expansions across Ohio. In addition to brewing, Eric is an artist and songwriter, performing with the folk-country group American Darling.
