Amanda McLaughlin is currently the Associate Director of Career Development for Graduate Studies at the University of Cincinnati's College of Engineering and Applied Science, where responsibilities include supporting the career advancement of graduate engineering students in various capacities. Amanda’s extensive experience as a cross-cultural and intercultural training consultant spans multiple organizations, including Cartus and Crown Relocations, where training programs enhance clients' adaptability in new cultural environments. Previous roles also encompass teaching ESOL Academic Writing at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and ESL instruction at various institutions, alongside developing curricula and facilitating workshops. Amanda holds a Graduate Certificate in Postsecondary Literacy Instruction and a Master’s degree in Literacy and Second Language Studies from the University of Cincinnati, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Art from Cedarville University.
