CHA JONES, MA, CDP, serves as a Senior Intercultural Training Consultant and Event Program Director at Global Bound Consulting, leading over 50 management and DEI training workshops annually for a diverse global clientele. With extensive experience in cross-cultural training, event planning, and organizational development, CHA has successfully enhanced learner engagement through innovative training techniques and managed sizeable budgets and teams. Previous roles include Director of Special Events at the American Association of Malaysia, Conference Program Director for Conferences for Women, and Engagement Manager at The ONE Campaign, where CHA contributed to strategic development and diversity initiatives. CHA holds a Master's degree in International and Intercultural Communication and International and Comparative Education, alongside a BS in Business Management from Aquinas College.
